1. Introduction

Welcome to Thought Bubbles Education Limited (Thought Bubbles). By using our website and services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site.

2. Our Services

Thought Bubbles provides information on workplace wellbeing, mental health courses, wellbeing talks, and wellbeing training. Users can explore offerings, submit inquiries through the contact form, and book courses via Eventbrite.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings for public courses are made through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite’s terms and conditions.
• Course fees are listed on the website and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Bookings and accurate quotes for in-house courses, bespoke training and wellbeing talks will be provided upon enquiry.
• Fees may vary based on specific organisational needs.
• Bookings through Eventbrite can be paid by card or an invoice can be requested, which will be sent upon booking by email from Thought Bubbles Education Limited.
• For bespoke training sessions and talks, bookings will be agreed upon enquiry. Payment is due ahead of each session by card or invoice unless agreed by both parties in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Training Bookings:
  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the course date will not incur charges. Thought Bubbles will process the refund within 7 working days.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the course date or no-shows will be charged in full.
  • Delegate substitutions are allowed with prior notice.
  • In the event Thought Bubbles cancels or reschedules a course, full refunds will be provided. However, we are not liable for non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses.

• Coaching / Bespoke Training:
  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session will not incur charges.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours will incur the full charge where the session cannot be rescheduled and held within 2 weeks.

5. Course Participation

• Certified / Accredited Training:
  • All participants must attend 100% of the course to qualify for certification.
• Course content may be emotionally challenging. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are mentally prepared to engage.
• Thought Bubbles reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the course if their behaviour compromises safety. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Confidentiality During Courses

Thought Bubbles strives to create a safe and open environment during training sessions. Participants are required to respect and maintain the confidentiality of any personal information or experiences shared by others during the course. This ensures a supportive and trustworthy learning atmosphere.

8. Use of Materials

• Individual Training
  • All course materials provided are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Organisational / Bespoke Training
  • Course materials are provided are for internal use at the Organisation engaging Thought Bubbles only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Bookings processed through Eventbrite are subject to their terms and conditions. Thought Bubbles is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party platforms.

10. Liability

Thought Bubbles is not liable for any personal, financial, or professional losses incurred as a result of using our services or attending courses.

11. Amendments to Terms

Thought Bubbles reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
