Training and Workshops for business leaders, people managers and employees

We partner with a range of organisations to deliver a meaningful employee reward and benefit designed specifically to support working parents.

Ahead of launching this programme in 2025, we worked with several organisations to complete a social impact report, assessing the real-world impact of the programme on parental stress, confidence and wellbeing. Feedback from this work has shaped the programme design, ensuring it delivers genuine value for both employees and employers.

We support working parents of children aged 5–10 through carefully curated programmes that translate our school-based meditation and mindfulness sessions into practical, at-home tools. All programmes are designed by education expert Chris Ludlow and aligned with what children are already learning in schools, creating consistency between home, school and family life.

Delivered through our employee benefits programme, this offer provides organisations with a practical way to:

  • Reduce parental stress
  • Support employee wellbeing and retention
  • Build confidence in working parents
  • Strengthen engagement and productivity

We will soon be launching our teenage support programme, extending this offer to parents of secondary-age children and ensuring continued support as children’s needs evolve.

By supporting parents at every stage, organisations not only enhance employee wellbeing, they also contribute to positive, preventative outcomes for families beyond the workplace, creating social impact alongside business benefit.
