Mental Health Aware

This course forms introductory training to support individuals to look after their own mental health and maintain wellbeing.

Learners will gain an understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma.

They will gain a basic knowledge of some common mental health issues and develop confidence to support someone in distress who may be experiencing a mental health issue.

Format: Virtual or In-Person

Duration: 4 Hours
